The 3-hour course, on rolling pin puff pastry and tortellino, is able to help participants learn this ancient Bolognese art.

During the course, nice anecdotes will be told about the origins of tortellino and the equipment and raw materials used to make the “King of puff pastry” will be illustrated.

Participants will have the opportunity to “get their hands dirty” and learn in a direct and engaging way the technique that allows you to create these world-famous culinary treasures.
