The farmhouse Corte Roeli was built in a farmhouse of 1500, renovated with care to maintain the original structures combined with the most modern comforts.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, self-adjustable heating in the room, Wi-fi, LED TV, hairdryer on request at reception, personal hygiene products, linen. On request laundry service on payment.
Corte Roeli has 5 rooms including 3 doubles, two singles and a mini independent accommodation with kitchenette with induction hobs and refrigerator. Free private parking is available on site without reservation. Rooms also accessible to guests with reduced mobility.

The cosy double room with exposed wooden beams is striking for its size. It has wi-fi, LED TV, bathroom with shower and toilet.
This room has retained its original features, is still remembered as the room of the wedding night of the ancient owners of the estate.
The view from the window leads to the green landscape and the adjacent fields of Fattoria Corte Roeli.

Double room, exposed wooden beams. Possibility of being connected to the Biricoccolo room, creating a suite for 4 people.
It has LED TV, wi-fi, private bathroom with shower equipped with everything necessary for personal hygiene. The Corbezzolo room has a small balcony from which we can admire the extension of the Bolognese countryside and the fiery red sunsets.

The Biricoccolo room is a single room with its comfortable bed, exposed wooden beams, LED TV, wi-fi, private bathroom with shower and toilet. The view from the Biricoccolo room is of the orchards of the farm.
In June, July and August, when the countryside is at the height of its splendor, from the window we can see the fruit of apricot, plum and peach trees that are just waiting to be harvested.

Melograno
The room Melograno is a single room, overlooking the garden and part of the park of 6000 square meters.
The size of the room is 14 square meters, has a private bathroom equipped with everything you need for personal hygiene.
Mini accommodation
Fico
The Fico mini-apartment is immersed in the farm’s park. It has a size of 20 square metres, an independent bathroom and kitchenette, with air conditioning, Wi-Fi and smart TV.
It is the ideal solution for those who want a stay in total autonomy.
